These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the video and photo search platform operated by NudeVista ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our service ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Service provides a search interface for discovering videos and photos from a wide range of external sources. We index metadata, thumbnails (max size: 420×236), video preview (max duration 15s) and optionally AI-generated descriptions. We do not host or sell full-size images, and we do not claim ownership of third-party content.
The Service includes adult content indexed from third-party sites. Parental Control is enabled by default.
Users may register using a valid email address. Passwords are system-generated and can be changed after login.
Registration is optional for most features.
Registered users may save preferences, favorites, and search history.
Users may optionally display a nickname and selected favorites via a public profile.
Users logging in via Google may provide a profile image, which is stored with permission.

Preview images are used under fair indexing principles and displayed with attribution and source URL.
Users are responsible for verifying rights before using any found image outside our platform.
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your data.
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the current Terms.
You may delete your account at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All user data is retained with consent until account deletion or user request.
The Service integrates with Google Analytics (for anonymized stats) and Login By Google (optional).
No personally identifiable data is shared with third parties.
Third-party links or previews may lead to external sites governed by their own terms.
We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content indexed by the Service infringes your rights, please contact us with the following information:
Your full legal name and contact information;
A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
A description of the material and its location (URL);
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized;
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the above is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf;
Your electronic or physical signature.
We respond to all valid takedown requests within 24 hours (typically much faster).
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or legality of third-party content.
We are not liable for user reliance on indexed content or for any damages arising from use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Legal actions must be brought in the appropriate jurisdiction where our company is established (Florida).
